Delivery Information

Dinosaur Kits and Jewellery Trees are shipped flat packed and are packaged in reusable draw string bags.  Assembly is required.

The cost of delivery within Australia of our product range is included in our website pricing where indicated.  We ship all products via Australia Post or Courier services, with a typical delivery timeframe of 10-14 days from date of order.  As our products are hand-made, not all colours or sizes may be available at all times.  Where we expect a delay in the stated delivery times, we will contact customers directly to discuss delivery options.

Some of our Dinosaur Kits are available in larger sizes and these may incur an additonal postage fee depending on the customers delivery address.  Please contact us for further information on larger size orders.

International Orders

For Delivery rates outside Australia, please contact us and we will will provide a custom postage quote for you.

Returns Policy

Goods must be returned to Dinosaur Kits within 28 days of the original dispatch date.

Goods must be in original and resalable condition i.e. unworn, unused, and with the original tags or labels attached and intact.

Goods being returned to us must include a completed Dinosaur Kits form or Return Authorisation Number (RA).  The form is available on our website at the Returns page.

All Change of Mind refunds or exchange requests are at the discretion of Dinosaur Kits and we reserve our right of decline.

Packaging & Shipping Goods for Return

When returning Goods it is critically important you take care and package the Goods appropriately in a durable material or box so the Goods are protected and arrive in the same condition as supplied in your original Order.

You must also ensure the packaged Goods are legibly marked with the Dinosaur Kits postal address.

We strongly advise you to ship your return back to us via Australia Post Registered Mail, as we do not take responsibility for Goods not received.  We also advise that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track the progress of your return.

Where a return specifically relates to a Change of Mind any associated postage, handling or insurance fees must be paid by you and will not be refunded by Dinosaur Kits.

Warranty Claims

Consumer Law in Australia permits you to make application for a refund from Dinosaur Kits if the Goods we supplied in your Order:

  • are or become faulty through no fault of your own
  • are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to member of the Dinosaur Kits sales team
  • don't match the description or sample
  • have defects that were not obvious or we did not identify them to you.

In order to make an application for a refund you must return the goods within a reasonable period and be able to provide us with proof of purchase.

Dinosaur Kits reserves the right to inspect the returned Goods to determine the condition and age prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. The outcome of inspections may result in an application for repair, exchange or refund being refused.
